What is An Intelligent Move?

The game of chess shares many similarities with the act of buying, or selling real estate.  As with chess, in real estate you seek to make wise selections and good decisions through informed choices.  You begin with the idea that you will make “An Intelligent Move”.

In any endeavor, the more prepared you are, the more likely you are to win.  Preparing yourself to win in the game of real estate is easy; things like loan approval for buyers and proper pricing strategies for sellers, assure that you play with relaxed confidence.  Playing confidently means you’re more apt to win.

Ignorance is not bliss.  The more informed you are the better off you will be.  You start out any venture by gathering information.  My experience takes the information gathering, on your part, out of the equation.  I have gathered the information, over the years, keeping the winning strategies, and letting the lesser ones go. 

The better you understand the game, the earlier success will come.  You may not have time to make real estate a study.  You don't need to, I have done that for you.  Paying particular attention to the details, especially those that could cost you time in the market, or money, is my specialty. 

Its fun, while you’re winning, but if you get beat up out there you may not want to play, again.  Brett’s job is to guide you and protect you from those things that can ruin the experience.
